In recent years, with social progress and the improvement of people's living standards, "disease prevention before happened" has become a form of keep people healthy, regular personal, staffs, job entrance, special occupation, and occupational diseases medically examinations continues bring demands. The number of guests for medical center also increased. The current medical examination center system unable to adapt to high-intensity duties and customers health information management requirements. In order to change the status, the system redesign and upgrade comes to major trends. This article is based on a healthy management system design and development. The system is develop for daily jobs in medical examination center and customer health information management. It involves basic information, customer relations, authorities, appointments, registrations, fee, results entry, medical examination reports, queries, statistics, tasks, servers and etc. It is an all-in-one management system solution for medical examination center. It can help medical center staffs quickly and easily compete their works in a reasonable quality, improve work efficiency and bring better customer experience.This article discusses the background and current status of medical examination center system, researches on it business process, based on system requirement analysis and system architecture design, and determines the overall system architecture, network architecture, function and technical architecture. System develops with the C/S structure, relational data, in Framework 3.0 environment, using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 development tool, C # through design and development of modules, using diagrams and functional description the code on the main module, such as basic information module units, personnel information, permissions, working groups, appointments and examination registration module. The reliability and validity has pass the tests and practical uses.After the pre-test and combine the real operation of the hospital, system designed in this paper is implemented smooth performance, function modules contain versatility and scalability, the efficiency of the medical center and service quality has also been significantly improved. Customer centered health process managements, bring better customer servers. The software has been used in the medical examination center and takes much of credits, it able to full fill the needs of medical examination center and customers' requirements.
