Office Automation (OA), which uses advanced information technology and computer network technology to achieve paperless offices in enterprises, so as to attain a more efficient office space, and reduce resource costs. The OA system is well developed in the area of knowledge management as the core, not be limited for data processing and workflow technology alone. The OA system also increases the information sharing and information searching capabilities in a company and integrates with existing E-mail clients and some other message platforms, OA also provide scientific decisions which can form the basis of decision making. To change the current internal manual office-based, sector management chaos, it must be established for the bank's office automation system, an effective combination of computer staff, computer networks, long-term development of enterprises lay a solid foundation.Firstly, introduce the research's background and significance of OA systems, it will describe the current situation and the existing problems, and introduce the importance of OA systems in the corporate sphere; secondly, it will analyze business requirements from the bank's organizational structure and office setups, describe the original office business processes, how to rebuild and extend these processes by using UML activity diagrams, and it will describe advanced business processes. This paper contain document management, records management, meeting management, personal office utilization, public information management, basic information management and systems management are seven core modes of functions, which will be used in analyzing and summarizing the business requirements and user requirements, using UML case diagrams and package diagrams to form detailed requirements and specifications for a functional architecture. Using this methodology analyzes these seven functional modules' data requirements, and also analyzes the profile and logic design within the database of the OA system in detail; the system's data table structure will also be listed. Finally, this paper will summarize the research and shortcomings of this work, and propose alternatives.
