With the Advancement of the reform of the interested physical education curriculum,the school-based physical education curriculum has become a hot topic in the reform of the physical education classroom,which has attracted more and more attention from scholars and teachers.Synchronized jump rope is developed on the basis of traditional jump rope in our country.It is a combination of sports and art.It has changed the single,boring form of the past and has more diversity and interest.Therefore,the jump rope has many advantages of introducing school-based curriculum.The cooperation between the rope and the person and in the jump rope process shows the graceful movement,the exquisite cooperation,will give the jump rope person the beautiful enjoyment.Through this course,the students can exercise their body function and stretch their muscles and ligaments.The purpose of this course is to improve the flexibility and bounce ability of the body.To improve the emotional state of students and improve the interpersonal gap in collective activities through teaching of rope skippingThis paper focuses on the construction and empirical research of school-based curriculum for primary school jump rope.In the third grade,two classes of students were used as the experimental subjects.The total time was 14 weeks.One class was the experiment class of rope skipping and the other was the traditional control class of physical education.The following results can be obtained from the experimental data of two classes:The teaching of the school-based course of synchronized jump rope can effectively promote the development of the health and fitness of the third grade children.The mean heart rate and energy consumption of the experimental class were higher than those of the control group.The interesting and challenging nature of jump rope effectively stimulated the interest of elementary school students in physical education,promoted the students to participate in physical education,from the point of view of the students 'interest in physical education.According to the physical characteristics of different age groups,the acceptance and difficulty of jump rope will be different,the teaching methods and methods will be different,and the influence will be different.The study found that jump rope isfeasible in both colleges and middle and primary schools.However,according to the physical characteristics of different age groups,the acceptance and difficulty of jump rope will be different,teaching methods and methods will be different,and the influence will be different.However,it has not formed a systematic research and development,so it is less effective to promote jump rope in primary schools,and the lack of jump rope as a part of the primary school's program.Therefore,this thesis makes an empirical study on the construction of the school-based curriculum content in primary school from four aspects: the framework,the goal,the principle and the content.The aim is to develop reasonable evaluation criteria to stimulate students' interest in jump rope.Can also provide loans to other schools for the development of this course.Contribution to the promotion of the fun sport of rope skipping in Shanghai.
