Investigation And Analysis Of The Status Quo Of M County Petition Work

Social work as a professional and helpful role in the construction of socialist harmonious society is increasingly outstanding,attaches great importance to by the country,is becoming more and more as a new mechanism to solve the complaint.The method of Social work intervention is different from the traditional method.The traditional approach follows top-down processes,relying on the work of ideological,political education and administrative management.Because Social work's service object and the values of the major is suit for Complaint reporting in some extent,with its professional methods of case work into the complaint reporting work,be able to deal with the complaint case in a more flexible way.This paper is divided into five chapters: The first chapter is introduction,mainly is the introduction of the selected topic reason,the research purpose and method and so on;The second is Literature review and the introduction of related concepts;Chapter 3 is M county petition overview,mainly including the introduced the petition work mechanism and the cause ? characteristics and requirements of petitioners' letters and visits;Chapter 4 is case work perspective and analysis of the M county petition work.This part is the focus of the article.With perspective analysis M county the individual's visit and the collective's visit to the processing procedures and case work of each stage.Also the presentation of the skills of the meeting and the contract point of case work intervention mode.The fifth chapter is thinking and suggestion.The study found M county have some status.Such as Xinfangliang have fallen at various levels,the number of group visits to the county increased and some areas of complaint reporting are more serious.Also have some features,such as the rural petition is more complicated,the state shall make a complaint during the period of social activities and letters count up and so on.Because the complaint reporting work and social work in two dimensions,the method of social work is only as a new matter treatment methods to help staffs handle matters further,not completely fit of actual social workers in case,so not all matters fit receive and evaluation,collection and problem determination,set goals and work plans,project implementation and evaluation of end corresponding the five stages,such as some matters the case processing stages are mutual fusion.The end of the study,the author proposed the advantages of social work in the work of complaint reporting under the perspective of case work and the thinking of essay writing.Focused on the thinking of these twoaspects put forward five suggestions.Such as proposed the highlight the implementation of responsibility system,strengthen the leadership of the complaint reporting handling office and team building;with the law to solve the matters and further strengthen comprehensive governance;emphasize the institutionalized management of complaint reporting and further improve the performance of the information platform;highlight the changes in the new era,and further enhance the ability of people to innovate and serve the people and so on.
