Research On Information Management Platform For School-based Training Of Secondary Vocational School Teachers

With the country’s great investment and high attention of the vocational education,the secondary vocational schools have been developing rapidly.As an important part of vocational school,teachers’ professional development is a long-term and strategic work.The training,especially the school-based training is the main method of the improvement of the professional development of teachers.At the same time,with the development of information technology and the advent of the “Internet +” era,the teachers’ school-based training has undergone great changes.The use of the latest information technology to integrate various teaching resources,standardize the school-based training standards and management of secondary vocational teachers,and improve the teaching level and work efficiency of teachers have become an urgent task for education management departments today.Based on the characteristics of Shanghai’s district-level teacher training,combined with the needs of functional departments,the school conducts research on various aspects,based on the Shanghai 13 th Five-year Teacher Education Management Platform and the Xuhui District 13 th Five-year Teacher Education Management Platform,on the basis of The school-based training process for teachers was sorted out.We developed a school-based training information management platform for secondary vocational school teachers and conducted school-based training examples in the school.The research shows that the school-based training information management platform can make school teacher training work systematic,can integrate the teacher’s information,training resources and training funds management,can optimize the teachers management efficiency,also can provide the school overall work data and information timely.At the same time,the use of the school-based training information management platform can also improve teachers’ participation of school-based training,develop the teachers’ professional ability and promote the school’ teachers troop construction.
