How to make vocational education in Guangxi have sustained healthy development, the construction of teachers is particularly important. This should start with the following three aspects. First, to develop vocational education, teachers should first. The development of teacher education with a light weight enough to give the role of qualified teachers is not impossible to train qualified personnel, high-quality teachers is not impossible to have a high level of teaching quality.Second, team building and training of teachers problems have restricted the development of secondary vocational education in Guangxi bottleneck. Guangxi is frontier, ethnic areas, vocational teachers inadequate reserves, the development of vocational education lags behind, with the developed areas of secondary vocational education, there is a big gap. Currently, vocational education teacher in Guangxi, there are many problems, teacher training schools in the main dilemma is acute shortage of education funding, inadequate policy support and development of appropriate vocational teacher training institutions in less restricted and poor living conditions of teachers, resulting in vocational schools do not have financial support, it is to ensure that all teachers have the opportunity to go out to training and learning, can only let the "free" development. This paper tries to construct the perspective of school-based training division team in Guangxi Vocational training mode, because the pattern of school-based training can solve these problems. To this end, the dimensions of school-based training from the development of new "integrated teacher" training mode, so that more targeted training of teachers, so that capital investment more efficient.Based on the current teacher training secondary vocational schools in Guangxi investigation and analysis of the situation,, demonstrates the importance of vocational schools and teacher training necessity.
