In view of the characteristics of the new era,the media literacy of primary and secondary school teachers is the professionalism that focuses on the basic conditions,cognitive abilities,attitudes and values of teachers' media.Primary and secondary school teachers are facing a vast audience of elementary education students in China,their media literacy will subtly affect students,in turn,their practice can also help indepth study of relevant media literacy.This study is divided into four parts as well as references and appendices.The first part of the introduction explains the research background and significance of research,research reasons and research issues,the definition of core concepts,literature review,research methods and so on.The second part is the survey and analysis of the status quo of teachers' media literacy in primary and secondary schools in the new era.The author designed and implemented the “Current Questionnaire of Media Literacy for Primary and Secondary School Teachers under the New Media Era” and conducted interviews with three teachers in primary and secondary schools.The results showed that most teachers in primary and secondary schools did not have a clear understanding of the concept of media literacy.Staying in the understanding of specific behavior but unable to describe the level of expression;Although do not know the definition of the concept,but from the actual teaching activities,most teachers still have a satisfactory media application ability,some teachers have tried to integrate the new media into their own In the teaching plan,with a view to improving the ways to find improved teaching efficiency;the training of various organizations on specific training issues is relatively lacking.Although their own level is generally adequate,they lack the guidance of specialized personnel.Primary and secondary school teachers have always been It is impossible to maximize the advantages of the new media.From the attitude of the teachers interviewed,they have recognized the importance of media literacy and hope to receive targeted training.The third part is the promotion strategy of teachers' media literacy in primary and secondary schools in the new era.In light of the current status of the third part and the problems found,this study started from three perspectives: the education department,the school,and the teacher themselves.The fourth part is the conclusion,a summary of this study,and points out the direction of thinking and looking forward.
