With the development of core literacy framework for Chinese students.China has made clear regulations on what kind of people to train on the basis of strengthening moral education and cultivating people.At this time,as the teachers' understanding of the students'development of the core literacy framework are only on the surface,they are still confused in how to guide and train students.In the process of training,we must understand the real needs of teachers in order to convey the urgent needs of teachers.Based on the concept of Life-long Education and Humanistic Learning Theory,this study takes participants of the "National Training Plan"(2017)in Central China Normal University as the research objects and adopts the OTP analysis model to survey the teachers' classroom implementation status and training needs under the background of the core literacy.The contents of the questionnaire survey are based on the literature research of domestic and foreign related researches and the specific contents of the Chinese students' core development framework.The basic status of each part of the questionnaire are as follows:The first and second parts of the questionnaire surveyed the basic situation of the teachers and the situation in which teachers had participated in the training.The third part of the questionnaire sets the corresponding points of the subject on the basis of students'development core literacy framework,aims to test the implementation of the core literacies of the teachers' specific implementation.The fourth part of the questionnaire surveys the training status and needs of the personnel participating in the national-level training program for primary and secondary school teachers.It analyzes the real needs of the teachers from the aspects of training purpose,location,time,methods,assessment methods,teacher training,and training content.One-way analysis of variance by SPSS,principal component analysis by MATLAB,and analysis of results from interviews lead to conclusions:(1)Teachers' specific implementation of their training needs in the overall orientation and core qualities;(2)Teachers with different genders have certain differences in training requirements and teaching implementation tendencies;(3)Teachers with different professional titles have certain differences in training needs and teaching implementation tendencies.According to the results obtained,the following countermeasures are proposed:First,clarify the purpose of training and improve the effectiveness of training.Second,identify the training groups and discriminate reasonably.Third,enrich the training methods to improve communication and cooperation.Fourth,match the training content and balance the development of teachers.Fifth,improve the assessment methods and pay attention to comprehensive evaluation.Sixth,improve the concept of learning and pay attention to their own development.
