The employment of rural women have low attention on the government and social circles,and the role of human capital in their employment has not been fully realized.At the same time,the development of social capital is limited.This study uses data from the “China Labor Dynamics Survey(CLDS 2014)” to investigate rural women as the research object,focusing on analyzing their human capital and social capital,analyzing the education level and health status on the human capital,and analyzing the impact of social networks and social resources on the social capital on career fitment and employment quality,the effect of career fits on the quality of employment,and the impact of these factors on the employment quality through career fits.While in-depth study of literature data,the uses of SPSS22 and AMOS22 statistical software is to test the causal relationships between the above variables.Studies have shown that human capital has a significant positive impact on occupational integration and has a significant positive impact on the quality of employment;the impact of social capital on occupational integration is twofold and has a positive impact on the quality of employment;the interaction of human capital and social capital has two sides of impact on the career-fitting and on the quality of employment;occupational fit has a very significant positive effect on the quality of employment;human capital affects the quality of employment through career fit.
