Research On Human Capital,social Capital And Farmers’ Order Fulfillment Behavior

In recent years,with the continuous advancement of agricultural industrialization in China,order agriculture has developed rapidly.Contract agriculture can effectively improve farmers’ enthusiasm for production and increase farmers’ income,promote the link between small farmers and big markets,and promote agricultural industrialization and regional agricultural economic development.However,in the process of practice,there are also problems such as farmers’ low enthusiasm for participation and serious enterprise default,which restrict the development of contract agriculture.Academic circles have from different angles to order agriculture participation behavior of peasant household was studied,and based on the order of peasant household human capital and social capital as a starting point for thinking,from the perspective of supplement existing farmers participate in order agriculture research,research,the factors which influence the performance behavior of find out effective solutions to order agriculture high default rates,and promotion in practice.Based on the existing research results at home and abroad,this paper takes tea farmers in Anhui Province as an example and takes their order fulfillment behavior as the research object.By combining qualitative and quantitative methods and using the data obtained from questionnaire survey,this paper studies how human capital and social capital affect the performance of agricultural orders.The internal mechanism of various factors on the order fulfillment behavior of tea farmers was deeply analyzed,the participation behavior of tea farmers in order agriculture was theoretically analyzed and empirically tested,and countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve the efficiency of order fulfillment of tea farmers,in order to provide certain reference and help for the vigorous development of order agriculture in the research area.It also provides theoretical and empirical basis for improving the support policy of contract agriculture and improving the participation rate of contract agriculture.Through the research,this paper finds that tea farmers’ social capital has a significant negative impact on farmers’ order fulfillment behavior,while tea farmers’ human capital has a positive impact on farmers’ order fulfillment behavior,and tea farmers’ human capital and social capital also play a positive role on farmers’ order fulfillment behavior.In addition,the source of tea production technology,whether the tea garden buys insurance and the attitude of tea farmers to the new technology also have significant positive effects on the introduced tea farmers’ endowment conditions.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions: pay attention to the cultivation of farmers’ ability,improve farmers’ human capital through multiple channels;Give full play to the role of social mechanism,increase farmers localized social capital;Enterprises should strengthen scientific and technological services and enhance technical guidance to farmers;The government should create conditions for the development of contract agriculture.
