Chinese teaching in Thailand is a second language teaching in the non-target language environment.With the increasing cooperation between China and Thailand,China's growing influence on the world,as well as the promotion of Chinese and the communication work getting further in-depth,Chinese learning in Thailand more and more welcomed.The students lack real language environment in their Chinese learning process.Whether it is the authoritative Chinese proficiency test HSK or the local college entrance examination,which called Chinese PAT 7.4,in Thailand,both are focus on students' ability of listening,reading and writing.Secondary school students in Thailand are one of the main subjects of Chinese learners in Thailand.At present,there is little analysis of the language expression ability of Chinese learners in Thailand,and the level of Chinese language expression ability for the specific group of middle school students has not been adequately studied.The author analyses the students' ability of expressing Chinese language from the length of corpus,total amount of vocabulary,accuracy of corpus and sentence accuracy,completeness of the content of narrative and inter-sentence cohesion by collecting and finishing 36 middle school students' articles for a given topic statement.In general,the Chinese language proficiency of students still needs to be improved as the levels of students are very different.Among the students being surveyed by the author,nearly half of the students had poor ability to express the task to discuss the topic.While the other half of the students who can complete the narrative task,the ability of Chinese language expression of students is very different.and the following phenomenon are commonly seen:the difficulty level vocabulary is low;the differentiation of the correct rate of sentences is large,the overall difficulty level is low;the narrative content is not substantial and Convergence is not appropriate.The reasons for these problems are multifaceted,mainly caused by the influence of native language and the influence of Chinese teaching environment in Thailand.Focusing on the existing problems in the process of Chinese language expression,the author puts forward to varieties of methods to improve the Thailand students'language,such as making full use of the Chinese culture to attract students' interest in learning;strengthening the contrast between Chinese and Thai language;taking into account the ability of cultivating students'thinking habits;to achieve the transformation of students' vocabulary.Through the five recommendations above,the author hope that it can achieve the final realization of the students to improve the proficiency of Chinese language expression.
