In May 2016,President Xi Jinping pointed out "By 2020,China will enter the ranks of the innovation-oriented countries.by 2030,our country will enter into the forefront of innovation-oriented countries."in his speech at the Second National Conference of Science and Technology Innovation,the Academician Conference of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the 9th Conference of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology.It can be seen that the country attaches great importance to the cultivation of innovative talents,the Key to cultivating innovative talents is innovation education,innovative education needs innovative teacher ’s support and guarantee.As an information technology teacher in primary and secondary schools,improving their own teaching innovation ability is not only the development needs of the country,and the inevitable demend of basic education curriculum reform,but also the development of professional competence and their own social needs.From the existing research results,the research on the training of information technology teachers’ teaching ability is less,Meanwhile,they lack of systematic empirical research.Therefore,It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the strategy of teaching innovation ability of information technology teachers of primary and middle schools.In this research,firstly,the author defines the influencing factors of teaching innovation ability of information technology teachers in primary and middle schools,basing on analyzing the structure of teacher’s innovation ability by means of literature analysis,the six dimensions of influencing factors are:cognitive ability,learning ability,educational ability,modern educational technology ability,personality traits and interest motives.Secondly,the six dimensions of influencing factors of information technology teachers’ teaching ability in primary and middle schools are the references of questionnaire design.The author investigate and analyze the factors influencing the teaching innovation ability of information technology teachers by using structured questionnaires,dividing the influencing factors into hierarchical structure by using the structural interpretation model method,and forming relation model of the information technology teachers teaching innovation ability influencing factors.Then,the author takes shape a set of specificized system of innovation ability training strategies.Finally,the author sets up WeChat platform under the guidance of strategies,analyzes the characteristics of WeChat platform by SWOT method,introduces the application process and environment construction of WeChat platf-orm and constructs the overall architecture.In order to optimize and improve the WeChat platform,the athor designs every module,organizes a unit activity,implements and evaluates it.The conclusions of the study is as follows:(1)By means of ISM,the author constructs the model of influencing factors of teaching innovation ability of information technology teachers in primary and middle schools.The influencing factors scale system of the primary and secondary information technology teachers teaching innovation ability is considered as the guidance,Through the structured questionnaire,the paper explores the factors that affect the teaching innovation ability of information technology teachers,and uses the ISM to classify all the influencing factors.The hierarchical structure is learning ability,educational ability,modern educational technology ability,personality traits and interest motivation,cognitive ability,and finally forms the relationship model of influencing factors.(2)Based on the model of influencing factors and the 20 variable sincluded in the six dimensions of learning ability,educational ability,modern educational technology ability,personality traits,interest motive and cognitive ability,the author puts forward the reified strategies of cultivating primary and middle school information technology teachers’ teaching innovation ability,Such as creating an atmosphere of respect for teachers,cultivating teachers’ teaching will,participating in teacher professional training,carrying out case teaching and so on.(3)Constructing the WeChat platform,basing on the cultivation of information technology teachers’ innovative ability in primary and secondary schools.The author analyzes the characteristics of WeChat platform by the SWOT,introduces the platform application and environment construction,designes the overall architecture of the platform and eachmodule in detail,organizes a unit activity,implementes and evaluates periodically.The platform is mainly based on the training strategies and six factors as the main factor,so that with the help of resources in the platform,the information technology teachers continuously improve their teaching innovation ability through self-learning way.
