The Jinan City Public Tennis Club Cooperated In The Investigation And Study Of Short-seat Tennis In Primary Schools

It is an effective way to overcome the shortage of short tennis resources in primary schools and to adapt to the development of new projects.In order to promote short tennis can be better in the primary school,this paper,using the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire and field investigation,takes the Jinan public Tennis Club and the 11 schools which cooperate with the short tennis sports,to study the short tennis in Jinan public tennis club and the school.To understand the form of their cooperation and the venue of cooperation,the school and the club's cooperative motives,the establishment of cooperative relations,the value of cooperation,the success of the experience and the lack of analysis and exposition.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The Jinan public Tennis Club has so far established a cooperative relationship with 11 schools.Due to the distance,difficulties in recruiting,and other clubs to replace the reasons,four schools have terminated cooperation,currently collaborating schools have 7,the cumulative benefit of the students reached2500 people.Mainly with characteristic class and after-school training and other two forms of specific development.(2)The location,equipment,funds and so on is not block primary school short tennis to carry out the decisive factor,the teacher strength may be the more crucial factor.Public Tennis Club teachers mainly focus on the 21-30 years old,4 years and more teaching experience accounted for 60%,in order to cooperate in the development of short tennis provides a strong guarantee.(3)The Jinan Public Tennis Club School cooperates to carry out the short tennis effectively solves the problem which the school teacher strength insufficiency,has reduced the school in the Sports fund expenditure,causes the club to obtain the good economic efficiency,and has the certain promotion function to the club,The practical significance of the students ' access to the new projects and the enhancement of their physique.(4)The Jinan Public Tennis Club and the school cooperate to carry out the short type tennis to make the school,the club,the student and the parents benefit three sides.The school has enriched sports activities by developing short tennis,making short tennis a business card for the outside world and winning honors for the school by taking part in the competition.By taking part in short tennis,students can strengthen their physique,cultivate their interest in sports,and can effectively solve the problem of the time when the parents get off work late and the children are out ofschool early.
