| Wuhan City,as one of the cities that implemented tennis pilot schools in the early stage,has as many as 42 schools responded to the call to participate in this work.However,since the start of this work in 2015,the implementation effect has not been satisfactory,and there are still many problems in reality.Currently,there are few schools in Wuhan that carry out short tennis courses or extracurricular tennis activities in primary and secondary schools.Through the path of school-enterprise cooperation,making full use of the resources of extracurricular clubs can effectively address the shortcomings of short tennis in primary schools in terms of venue equipment,teachers,and other aspects.It is also an important way to respond to national support and encourage the development of campus tennis.Using the methods of literature review,interviews,questionnaires,and field visits,this article investigates the current situation and effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation in short tennis in primary and secondary schools in Wuhan,using all 5 schools and cooperative clubs that have cooperated with schools and enterprises,as well as relevant parents and students,to analyze the difficulties in reality,and propose corresponding countermeasures to promote the development of short tennis in Wuhan,Create positive conditions for the cultivation of tennis reserve talents in Wuhan.The specific research results are as follows:1.School-enterprise cooperation in short form tennis is a mutually beneficial process.From the school level,it can alleviate the shortage of venue equipment,improve the shortage of tennis teachers,promote mutual learning among teachers,expand existing thinking,introduce new sports projects,and add school sports characteristics;From the club level,increase the direct income of the enterprise,broaden business channels,enhance the visibility of the enterprise,accumulate potential customers,cooperate to cultivate talents,reduce human resource costs,and improve the teaching ability of corporate coaches.2.The main forms of school-enterprise cooperation can be roughly divided into:government purchase type,school led type,and club led type.The five schools surveyed in this article adopt the school purchase type of cooperation,with schools playing a leading role in introducing and purchasing social sports services.3.Teachers from both schools and enterprises have their own advantages and disadvantages.For example,physical education teachers in schools have a long teaching experience and a high degree of education,but their tennis specialization is not as professional as club coaches.4.Field equipment is no longer the main factor impeding the development of short tennis.The emphasis of schools and the strength of teachers may be more critical factors.5.The results of school-enterprise cooperation on short tennis in primary and secondary schools in Wuhan include: the number of participants in short tennis courses has significantly increased after school-enterprise cooperation;High student satisfaction;The participation rate and award winning rate have also significantly increased under the cooperation between schools and enterprises;The general support of schools,enterprises,and families is high.6.The difficulties of school enterprise cooperation of short tennis in primary and secondary schools in Wuhan include: repeated COVID-19 epidemic,blocked continuity of cooperation,disunity in the concept of coordinated development of short tennis between schools and sports clubs,failure of the government to play a relevant role,insufficient communication and cooperation between schools and enterprises,and cooperation security issues.Finally,this article puts forward relevant suggestions from the perspectives of policies,characteristic schools,utilization of venue equipment resources,cooperation concepts,and project promotion,thereby proving that school-enterprise cooperation is an important way to promote the development of short tennis in primary and secondary schools in Wuhan,which is conducive to promoting the development of short tennis in primary and secondary schools. |
