Research On Risk Management Of College Students Walking Through Shanghai

In recent years,China's outdoor sports have been developing vigorously,and outdoor sports safety problems have become increasingly prominent.Thought active and motivated college students are active in outdoor sports,whose special identity attribute makes relevant safety issues a particular concern to all sectors of society.In view of Shanghai university student outdoor sport participants as that object,this paper use literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,observation method and logical analysis method,and focuses on the investigation and analysis on the risk management of foot crossing activities.The thesis is divided into five parts.(1)At present,the main channel for Shanghai university students to participate in hiking is through the relevant activities organized by the school's outdoor community,but most of the participants have insufficient awareness of their own risk management.(2)College students hiking risk is composed of people,objects and the environment three kinds,including eleven small classes of risk source,risk factors,a total of ninety.(3)According to the size of the risk factor,it is divided into "serious scope","alert scope" and "concern scope".In accordance with the principle of "encountering heavy weight",it is divided into "risk response key item","risk response sub-key" and "risk due to general term".(4)Risk aversion,risk mitigation,transfer risk and risk management of college students' hiking activities can be adopted.(5)From the reality of college students' safety,build college students walk through the risk management process system,and provides the concrete operating process,mainly through "advance management","case management" and "event management" to guide college students in three aspects:the hiking activity.Among them,the proactive management is to avoid the problem by avoiding(8 kinds of risks)and preventing(45 risk factors).The management relies on real-time monitoring and feedback(31 risk factors).Event management through the emergency rescue and emergency treatment to reduce the harm and loss.
