As the time progress and the deepening of globalization and information technology,previous education that only gives students knowledge and skills is more and more going against to the trend of the times.Countries and organizations began to think,what kind of knowledge should be given to the students to make them get a better development.Based on this context,the dominance of standardized tests was hit hard,which led many students to study for exams.A variety of other forms of evaluation were born,such as ' Performance Assessment ',' Authentic Assessment ','Portfolio Assessment',etc.Performance evaluation is an important part of these new evaluation methods and an effective evaluation method,so it is necessary to research how to apply it in physics teaching in china and design a set of performance evaluation and evaluation criteria at the operational level.Firstly,this paper reviews the relevant literature to card theories and method of performance evaluation and activity curriculum design at home and abroad.Then,according the principles curriculum design and performance assessment theory to make a activity curriculum and evaluation tools.Then man content of the course is the completion of the performance task,and will evaluate the performance of students in the task when the course is ended.Thus,the performance evaluation and activity curriculum will be combined.Followed by the empirical research part of this paper,to use the activity curriculum in practice and evaluate the results of the curriculum.Finally,through the data analysis,the reliability and validity of the PTA scale were tested,and modified the PTA scale.On the practice research,two parallel class students that chosen from partnership teacher's classes were tested for their subjects and interest level.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two classes in the academic achievement and interest level.Therefore,chose one of them as the experimental class and the other as the control class,and change the teaching methods of the experimental class with the activity curriculum.The implementation of performance evaluation is at the end of the course,the researchers used the PTA scale which was designed in advance to evaluate students' learning list,combined with the evaluation tools such as anecdotal records,behavior checklist and so on.Experimental results show:(1)After experimental treatments,the students of the experimental class have significant differences in the level of interest,and another classes' students has unchanged interest level,so the cultivation of students' interest in activity curriculum is very effective.(2)Through the internal consistency reliability test,we can find invalid PTA scale and modify it.(3)After second course,the students' comprehensive scores have been improved,which proves that the activity curriculum is very effective to improve the students' comprehensive ability.After the analysis of the performance of students in the two course,we can draw the conclusion that the training of the activity curriculum in the two course,we can draw the conclusion that the training of the activity curriculum in the students' practical ability and the ability of communication and cooperation is not is not comparable to the traditional classroom.Based on the analysis of the data and the related theories,the researcher draws conclusions of this study:(1)performance evaluation is a kind of evaluation method which matches with the integrated practical activity curriculum,and the teaching design which is consistent with the students'comprehensive quality;(2)Specific and detailed evaluation rules can improve the reliability of PTA scale;(3)The combination of performance evaluation and activity curriculum can not only improve the comprehensive quality of students,but also improve the teaching level of teachers,it is an important means to realize "teaching by evaluation".
