As China has always attached great importance to education,private education and training industry,in the past 20 years,has blossomed into a considerable scale of the market.A regular education and training institutions,through marketable operating,and enterprise management,not only gives a good complement to the public elementary education system in our country,but also injects great vitality for the present economic market.These education institutions,nevertheless,are facing a rat race with the growing number of competitors in the market.Hence,consumer-oriented products and marketing methods which are designed based on the customer value are playing more important role in such environment.NO Xi 'an school,as the branch of NO school in Xi 'an,is imminently in need of developing a differentiation advantage among the local market to stay ahead and gain further development space.On this occasion,there comes to the questions that how NO Xi 'an school carry out marketing?Which marketing strategies should be applied to quickly capture market share?Solving these problems has become the primary problem of ensuring healthy development of NO xi 'an school.UC group,as a main business department in NO xi 'an school's,whose success in marketing strategy is significance to the whole school's business development.For this reason,a systematic analysis to the business and marketing of UC group will be the focus of the design and implementation of marketing strategy in NO i 'an school.According to the above background,this paper aims at applying advanced management theory to study the marketing strategy of NO xi 'an school.First of all,an introduction to the product positioning,customer demand,product marketing and other related concepts and basic theories will be teased out,which is the foundation for the paper.Secondly,an analysis to the customers and products as well as the marketing status of the school in NO xi 'an will be given in order to find out the loophole then to analyze its internal causes.On this basis,through analyzing NO Xian school 's macro environment,and applying Poter's five forces model to study and research the whole industry environment.To make a targeted research,this paper will discuss the NO Xian school's business,team,and needs of customers from the perspective of its internal resources..Finally,taking the successful cases in marketing strategy of education and training industry as examples,combined with the practical situation of NO Xian school's marketing,this paper will make a choice to its marketing strategy,and put forward the key point of the marketing strategy's conducting in NO Xi'an school together with the relevant organization,system and culture safeguard measures.Expectantly,the study could help to build a foundation for the effective implementation of the marketing strategy of NO Xi 'an school.At last,this paper will summarize the main content systematically,and deliver the prospect to a further research.
