With the development of the education concept and incentive,reward is applied more and more widely in daily teaching for students to study,which not only helps to guide the students to develop good behavior,but also help students to recognize self,has important meaning to cultivate their self-confidence and self-motivated.However,the present situation of application of reward in school education is not ideal,Ying Zheng use five words to summarize:"excessive" "exaggerated" "mistake" "irony".The practice in preschool,researcher also found that some teachers blindly exaggerate the effect of reward in their education,the children is "the bondslave" of reward,it denied the children’s internal value,which will weaken children’s internal motivation,hinder their development.Therefore,we should research teachers’ reward behavior,the main focus of this research is to investigate the reward behavior,tries to find their reward behavior characteristics and problems,in order to provide education suggestions to improve the effectiveness of teachers’ reward.At the same time,it is helpful to create a good educational environment for the growth of children,and promote the development of teachers’ professional quality.The research uses investigation method and the interview method.In this study,18 teachers in Xi’an were selected to observe and interview on the basis of the questionnaire and interview outline.Through the collation and analysis of relevant data,a preliminary analysis of the current situation of teachers’ reward:the reward object showed decreasing trend with the age increasing;reward occurred in the life and teaching activities,less in outdoor activities;like to use oral reward;the reasons to reward often are conventional discipline;the effect of reward is short duration.On this basis,the researcher summarizes a series of characteristics,such as:tend to advance the promised award,tend to award for the negative waiting,the award as the primary means of conventional education.In addition,the researchers also analyzed and summarized the reward behaviors of novice teachers and male teachers,compared with the experience of teachers,novice teachers,for the times to use reward is more,for reward reason,novice teachers point to the children’s learning;for reward ways,novice teachers follow my teacher experience.Compared to female teachers,characteristics of male teachers reward behavior:for the times to use reward is more;for reward reason,male teachers point to the children’s conventional discipline;for reward ways,male teachers tend to use oral reward.On the basis of investigation and analysis of the current situation of the reward behavior o,combined with interviews,discusses influence factors of teacher reward behavior mainly includes:first,the conventional education is not a correct understanding;second,lack of incentive knowledge;third,teachers’ emotional instability;fourth,teachers’ reflective consciousness is not high.Finally,according to the influencing factors,the author gives some educational suggestions from three aspects of school,kindergarten and teachers themselves.
