Reward is an effective collective education method. Appropriate and effective reward is of great practical significance to the development of collective education activities. Kindergarten teacher's reward can make children feel respected, recognized, it can meet the child's desire and be sure of the psychological, so that children in the study and life to form a positive emotional experience, and promote healthy growth of young children. Therefore, only the appropriate incentives to mobilize children's learning interest, to help children establish self-confidence, improve self-efficacy. However, the kindergarten collective education activities in the teacher's reward for children often out of collective education needs, ignoring the psychological needs of young children. So,how based on the needs of young children to properly use the reward in collective education activities is the focus of this study.In this study, the observation and interview methods were used to study the incentive behavior of six teachers in kindergarten collective education activities in the kindergarten teachers of large, medium and small classes in Wuhan A kindergarten.Combined with the quality of the study, the reality of the kindergarten collective education activities in the teacher reward behavior of the status quo and analyze the reasons, and then put forward to optimize the kindergarten teacher incentives behavior strategy. Researchers are trying to provide reference for kindergarten teachers and other preschool educators by analyzing teachers' incentives.First of all, the researcher conducts a quantitative analysis of the kindergarten teachers' reward behavior in the collective education activities. The survey mainly includes the general distribution of the teacher's reward in the collective education activities, the time of the reward, the form of the reward, the object of the reward, the subject of the reward. And then conduct a qualitative analysis of kindergarten teachers'reward behavior in collective education activities, including the standard of teacher reward, the purpose of reward and the effect of reward. Through the quantitative description and the qualitative analysis, the author finds that there are some problems in the collective education activities of the kindergarten collective education activities: there is some deviation in the recognition of the reward purpose; the reward system lacks the clear system; the reward only focuses on the few typical; the reward words are simple and general, Form a single form.Through the analysis, the study found that kindergarten teachers, children,kindergartens, parents affect the kindergarten teacher reward behavior. In order to improve the teachers' reward activities in the kindergarten collective education activities,the researchers think that the kindergarten teachers should follow the principles of reward:fairness, pertinence, specificity, regression and appropriateness. Based on this, the researchers put forward some educational strategies to improve the incentive behavior of kindergarten teachers: the change of teachers: the change of the concept and the improvement of the theoretical level; the criteria of reward: highlight the subjectivity of young children; the purpose of reward: focus on children's cognition,Emotions, abilities,and emotions; the object of reward: take care of every child; reward speech from general to concrete: suitable for the development of children's physical and mental development;reward from single to diverse: the form of diversification.
