There has been a new research approach in the field of religion and Anthropology: "practice anthropology" in recent years.In this context,this article is taking the G temple as the field research in qingzhou,weifang,Shandong province,through the Anthropological Observation of the process of monks and believers,to deeply understand their current practice and further illustrates the course and development of this practice,as well as the significance and value of this process to the development of individual and the stability of society.This paper is divided into six parts.The first chapter gives a brief summary of the research on the anthropology of practice,and explains the concept of Buddhism.The second chapter elaborates the G temple from the historical development and survival mode,practice mode respectively,at the same time also lays a foundation for the important influence of the temple as a sacred practice field to the faithful practice.The third chapter is about the living scene of the monk in the temple,and to draw the inner world and the positioning of themselves deeply.The fourth chapter focuses on three aspects from the practice of the temple,the home practice and the social welfare activities to explain the change of the practice course at home and the change of the psychological demands.The fifth chapter introduces the general believers who believe or trust but not to belong will gradually move towards them under the influence of the householders.In general,they have low level of practice and know the general knowledge of Buddhism,and they don't have deep meditation practice.They are very casual,so they can stop or do it at any time,and the buddhist practice is just a preliminary plan for a better life.The sixth chapter is the summary of the practice process of this group,they maintain or build a relationship that has the impact and significance of personal development and the operation of society,in order to provide beneficial reference for practice of anthropology.
