With the rapid development of Chinese education system,the drawbacks of the exam-oriented education model have gradually emerged.The Outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020),promulgated in 2010,clearly states that it is necessary to improve the innovative spirit that students dare to explore and their ability to solve problems.The maker education model distilled from the behavior of the makers just fills such gaps.The core idea of Maker Education is innovation,practice and sharing,and cultivating students' innovative spirit and practical ability are their main goals.According to the survey on the status of the creation of guest space in primary and secondary schools across the country,the biggest obstacle facing the construction of passenger space in primary and secondary schools is the funding problem.The second obstacle is the lack of teacher education for making passengers.Cultivating a team of teachers who are capable of creating a passenger education has become an urgent task to promote student education.Strengthening the training of teacher training in the guest education will effectively improve the lack of teacher resources in the process of student education.This article uses open source hardware as a vehicle to conduct research on how to design a training program for teaching education teachers.At the theoretical level,first of all,we need to understand the status of current maker education.The lack of teachers is one of the dilemmas facing the development of the current maker education.Secondly,we summarize the teacher training design plans of the maker education offered by many experts.In-depth thinking,and finally,we study the theory of the maker education,lay the foundation for open source hardware teacher training design.At the training design level,we built a training design framework centering on teaching activity design and learning activity design with micro:bit open-source hardware as the carrier.Teaching activities are designed with the theme of “learning”and “doing”,and are carried out in a project-driven manner.Through questions,teacher-guided solutions,and staged evaluations,learners can use open-source hardware and improve their use.Learner's hands-on practical ability.Learning activities are designed with the theme of “doing” and “creating”.Through the settingof project themes,brainstorming,hands-on problem solving,evaluation of creative achievements,and other links,the teacher experiences the form of student learning curriculum and builds their own Maker education courses to provide reference.At the level of training design implementation,we took practice teachers from primary and secondary schools with experience in creating education in Guangzhou as the practice target,and practiced the training design framework based on teaching activity design and learning activity design.The practical process is relatively complete,and the training results are relatively good.This will provide practical reference for the teacher's training activities that is based on open-source hardware.
