From the starting point of enhancing the scientific research enthusiasm of young university teachers,the thesis is on the subject of completing the scientific research mechanism for young university teachers by utilizing document analysis method and questionnaire survey method,etc.?The research,based on the case of X University with the comprehensive application of motivation theory of management science at home and abroad,indicates that there are several problems existed for young teachers in X University,such as difficulty in applying the task,low scientific research fund,lack of taking charge of and participating in tasks,difficulty in further education and training,lack of academic exchange opportunity,low degree of participation of scientific research team,weak scientific atmosphere,low satisfaction for active scientific research motivation system,unscientific examining and assessment of scientific research,etc,and seeks and analyzes the reason of the problems in the aspect of evaluation and management of basic condition,fund,team and tutorial system of scientific research for young teachers,evaluation system & motivating effect and concern for young teachers.The thesis proposes the solution of completing and establishing the fair and transparent scientific research motivation system with personal character considered and diversified motivating method according to the current situation and psychological demand of young university teachers,grasping the individual difference,subject background,experience and technical feature of young university teachers.To be specific,it can be started in the aspect of expanding the applying source of scientific research project,completing the management measure of scientific research fund for young teachers,completing the team development of scientific research and its reward & evaluation method,enhancing the training of scientific research ability and the management of tutorial system,enhancing the high level academic exchange and establishing sabbatical leave system.Such matters should be done like promoting the satisfaction of young teachers,cultivating and promoting the scientific research ability of young teachers,creating the strong academic atmosphere and caring the young teachers by optimizing scientific research reward scheme,strengthening the execution power of institution,paying attention to the team development of scientific research and motivation and building multi-dimension motivation system of scientific research,thus the motivation system in universities to the benefits of university development and growth and success of young teachers can be formed.The main contents of the research include:(1)analyzing the current situation of motivation system for young university teachers at home and abroad and proposing the research content need to be deepened and executed.(2)studying and analyzing the current situation of motivation system of scientific research in X University adopting the questionnaire survey.(3)analyzing and summarizing the current situation of motivation system of scientific research for young teachers in X University and the main problems existed.(4)analyzing and investigating the reason of problems with the motivation system of scientific research for young teachers in X University adopting the management philosophy of "people foremost".(5)developing the countermeasure research of motivation system of scientific research for young teachers in X University aiming at the characteristic of X University.
