At present,the organization of students' practical activities is helpful to improve the students ideological and political quality and can be used as an important education carrier for training and exercise students' comprehensive quality.However,according to the overall situation of organizations of college students' activities over the years,the organizations of students' activities are in homogeneity and lack of innovation-the form is single,the participation is not high,the effectiveness is low and the loopholes of management is serious.The existence of these questions seriously hinder the effect of of its function of cultivating and exercising the ability of students.The main reason is that the efficient student activities are mostly organized by the "plan-normative" model which is firstly to design the activity,its process and objective and then according to which to promote the implementation from top to bottom.While most students are not interested in such activities which is lack of flexibility and creativity.The organizers are mostly caders from student organizations who are lack of sufficient understanding of the students' characteristics and needs,which results in the lack of their subjective initiative.The majority of students feel that student cadres are responsible for organizational activities and tasks.Thus the students' creativity are limited.To establish an effective,scientific selection and incentive mechanism,student organizers often tend to follow the old model-new wine in an old bottle which is lack of innovation.Under the current situation,the urgent need is to innovate the students' working mode;build and implement the scientific management mode of students' activity.In view of this,this paper takes Shandong Xiehe College as the object of study,first elaborated the research background,significance,domestic and foreign research status,then discussed the theory related to the subject,analyzed the status quo of university students activities and finally studied the operation of "Xiehechalleging cup".This paper put forward the perfect operation srategies of the of students' activities from there aspects with a view to guiding and improving the project management of the students' practical activities of Shandong Xiehe College.
