Project Management On The College Students’ Extracurricular Activities

With the development of quality education, the cultivation of the comprehensive quality of college students is paid more attention to the problem. Cultivation of students’ comprehensive qualities can not stay in the classroom knowledge teaching, should be through various kinds of extracurricular activities, to cultivate college students’ emotions, to exercise college students, to improve the knowledge structure, to take the firm and correct faith, and to develop good habits. College Students’ extracurricular activities refer to a series of activities, who aims to cultivate the students’ comprehensive quality outside class and improve students’ integrated ability, which is an important part of campus culture. Students’ extracurricular activities both in classroom activities to deepen, extension and development, are the school personnel training. And how to manage the student extracurricular activity, how to make the student activities more targeted and meaningful, it is the direct problem which should be solved in the management of students’ extracurricular activities.With the management of college students’ extracurricular activities, combining with the theory of project management, through the project management theory of advantage, this paper hopes to strengthen college students’ extracurricular activities of the quality and effect, and seek a evaluation method based on project management theory of university students’ extracurricular activity, to contrast and understand this kind of behaviors, and improve the management level of college students’ extracurricular activities. And the study has great theory significance and application value to College Students’ management and training, especially in twenty-first Century college students’ comprehensive ability and quality improvement.
