The national curriculum,local curriculum and school curriculum for China’s new round of basic education curriculum reform,the three level curriculum management system is put forward.The school is a school in the implementation of the national curriculum and local curriculum,combined with our tradition and advantages,interests and needs of students,the development or selection of courses with.The art curriculum reform,increasing the reform of high school art curriculum,attach importance to the development and utilization of local art resources,become the focus of reform.The local cultural resources as one of the personalized resources,modern education is the most development potential in the field of teaching resources,with distinct regional characteristics.But it is a chain of high school art education is a weak link.In order to improve this part of education,to promote art literacy and improve the ability of students in senior high school educational objectives in the teaching of our outstanding local resources extended into the fine arts curriculum to carry out more effective "local features" art teaching activities.The art curriculum standard proposed "extensive use of school curriculum resources.To carry out various forms of art education activities".The high school art education,not only confined to the classroom teaching in the fine arts classroom teaching practice,according to the characteristics of the subject with the school’s moral education,with the education of moral education in schools to carry out a variety of creative art student association activities.Classroom teaching is a breakthrough,expand the students’ growth space,an important way to realize the seamless connection of school education and social life.As an important component of the campus culture and the hidden curriculum,student associations are effective means of school personnel training.Students’ Association is an important way to realize students’ self education,self management,school is the first class.It not only extends the cultural qualities of students,but also the prosperity of campus culture,to improve the students’ comprehensive quality to positive effect.According to the survey to promote art teaching activities,promote the construction of campus culture through the arts and community activities,can cultivate students’ personality and specialty,improve students’ creative ability,learn the skills of communication with others,but the content in the community activities.Community activities in the course of a single and lack of unified management of the status quo has affected the development of the art club in high school.Therefore,how to develop new community resources,can use local characteristic resources into community activities,can find out the features of local high school art construction,ways of innovation,to improve the quality of community activities,let students constantly found in community activities thinking.Experience and growth.This research has a certain meaning and value.According to the research,this paper is divided into six parts to carry on the analysis.The first is the introduction part expounds the purpose and significance ofthis research,research methods used in this paper and the review of research at home and abroad.The first chapter,analysis of local characteristic resources in community activities in the high School of art and the existing problems;the second chapter.Brief introduction of local resources in Lianyungang City,cultural and natural resources of the two part;the third chapter,focuses on the coastal city of Lianyungang middle school in the practice of local characteristic resources and community activities based on the integration of the sculpture and the achievements are expounded.The analysis of local characteristics and cultural resources in the integration and art society activities in the necessity and feasibility of in the fourth chapter,in the form of case,to the seaside secondary Sculpture Association as an example,showing the local characteristics of Lianyungang resources in practice by the high school,From the "crystal","shell","three kongwangshan cultural activities" and other cases were analyzed,to sort out the way of Lianyungang City Beach middle school local characteristic resources integration and sculpture community activities;the fifth chapter is on the research,the author believes that the local resources and community integration can effectively improve students’ comprehensive qualities,but in practice there are indeed waiting for further exploration of part of the problem.
