Mathematical ideology is to understand the nature of mathematic objects and is a basic conception and fundamental idea refining from specific mathematical conception,laws and methods,which has an instructive meaning to mathematical activity.Transformational ideology is one of the most basic and common thought which widely used in primary mathematics.Though conception and the methods of transformation has been deeply studied,it rarely used in primary schools.Most primary mathematical teachers are still stuck in basic knowledge and basic skills training,lacking explanation and the penetration of mathematical ideology.For the basic teaching of mathematics content in "Graphics and Georetry",constructing special primary mathematics teaching strategy system of penetrated transformed thinking is necessary in the effective use of teaching guiding ideology conversion.The article starts with mathematical ideology and methods,transformational conception,graphics and geometry to pointing out the importance of transformational ideology in "Graphics and Geometry" of primary mathematics.On this basis,the focus of this article is to analyze textbooks by means of a set(2013,Ministry of Education approval for Jiangsu elementary mathematics)"Compulsory textbooks",exploring transformational ideology applying in "Graphics and Geometry" textbooks of primary mathematics including transformation between plane and three-dimensional graphics,derivation angles of a triangle with polygon area formula as well as three-dimensional graphics to derive the lateral area,surface area and volume formulas.Four aspects are as follows:the first is transformation of regular pattern to irregular shape;the second is the transformation of the new knowledge to old knowledge;the third is the transformation of complex graphics to simple graphics;the fourth is transformation of curve graphics to linear patterns.Finally,combined with the specific examples and teaching fragments under the standards of mathematics curriculum,the aim is to guide students to understand and practice the transformation ideology so as to refine strategic and suggestions teaching methods in the field of "graphics and geometry" in elementary school.
