Since the 90s of last century, the curriculum reform of basic education in China has made remarkable achievements, but there are still many problems in the existing evaluation system. In the era of "core literacyl", it is imperative to give full play to the educational value of the history discipline, to realize the promotion of learning by evaluation, to promote development by evaluation, and to improve the evaluation mechanism of historical studies. Since independence, in order to make up for the shortages of serious shortage of resources, Singapore has formulated the strategy of rejuvenating the country through talents, deepening educational reform, establishing a complete education system and implementing appropriate secondary school academic evaluation mechanism. Many of the accumulated experience is worth our reference.This thesis takes the history evaluation of Singapore as a research object, and tries to introduce the experience of system construction and implementation in the aspects of evaluation goal, evaluation content and evaluation method from the four aspects of classroom evaluation, post-class evaluation, historical investigation and historical examination. This thesis will refine the history of Singapore education philosophy and academic evaluation characteristics to improve the plight of the summary of the relevance of reference in China.In the aspect of classroom assessment, Singapore construct inquiry history classroom aiming to cultivate the "21st Century Capability". It puts forward targeted suggestions and evaluation programs, and has developed suitable teaching and independent study for textbook textbooks: compile the framework for the formation of national identity and world vision, and organize the framework in a way that explores the subject, and should be aware of the learning requirements that should be and should be achieved; set up "self-test" and other sections to help students consolidate their studies, reflect and self-evaluation of classroom learning, so as to promote student to study. In terms of post-class learning and evaluation, Singapore has adopted the way of arranging task-based inquiry to guide students through the group to read, collect information, analyze materials, expand curriculum resources and learning areas, and evaluate the whole process of inquiry. Singapore attaches great importance to the role of historical inquiry, so the historical research and research (inquiry learning) included in the curriculum, taking into account the classroom teaching and extracurricular practical investigation, which is as a comprehensive record of the student's research process and help make the evaluation combining the final achievement. The two-way interaction between teachers and students in the process of inquiry promotes the comprehensive combination of teaching, learning and assessment.The evaluation of the history of subjects, clear the overall evaluation objectives,and for unit testing, semester examination and graduation diversion test respectively to develop evaluation programs and implementation strategies; design materials,topics and curriculum papers three questions, focusing on historical understanding and historical thinking This paper focuses on the development needs and differences of students, and adopts the combination of qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation, and forms the evaluation and the end of the form. In addition, through the examination, Evaluation of the combination of such a variety of evaluation model,play "exam" for "teaching" and "learning" to promote the role.We are unable to transplant or copy a lot of "experience" in Singapore, but it is worth pondering over the implementation mechanism of its historical academic evaluation. Therefore, the effective way to promote teaching, learning, evaluation of mutual integration, mutual promotion is to cultivate the discipline of history as the starting point, learning from the experience of Singapore, and effectively falling into the local experiment, to further explore the relevance of historical academic evaluation and operational path.
