| In the current student evaluation research,more people study the macro level evaluation,-----the appraisal carried on by the administrative department,the focus on exams,the attention paid to marks.but often ignore microscopic evaluation of students-The evaluation made on the students by the teacher in the process of teaching especially the application of the teachers’ teaching evaluation languages.The language of teaching evaluation is what the teachers do in response to the students learning,attitudes and results.The language of evaluation,which seems very common,has a deep influence on students for a long time.Competition and confrontation appear everywhere among both students and teachers because of utility.The teaching evaluation model teachers apply to students tends to be problem diagnosis way,teachers preferring to "find out" all kinds of“untoward effect" during the process of students learning and make diagnosis and evaluation on it,trying to have the problems settled by negative reinforcement means of criticizing and correcting.As to this phenomenon,not only do I go into the classroom to observe attentively what kind of evaluation languages the teachers are using but I record what efficiency they got from using the languages.Meanwhile,I classify the remark comments used in their homework correcting.Besides,I made interviews and inquiries on the teachers.Basing on the above practice I put forward appreciation evaluation language.Appreciation evaluation language lays emphasis on it that teachers should pay more attention to discovering students’ potential,excavating their superiority,finding their strength and progress,and giving appreciation and positive evaluation on students hard-work and achievements and promotes students growth and progress by positive reinforcement ways of evaluation.In a word,with the appearance and development of appreciation evaluation language,they will provide ideas on how to settle the problems in the traditional primary and secondary school teaching. |
