Issue center teaching method in recent years in the west and our country Taiwan area social division has received the widespread attention in the education, it is considered to be cultivating citizen accomplishment, improve middle school students'knowledge, ability and attitude of public participation, training students' introspection and the ability to solve the problem, which can make informed decisions in the actual social life, the effective ways for the cultivation of the core of ideological and political course. Throughout the domestic related research, the thought political lesson found few researchers to issue center teaching method in the application of ideological and political course in systematic research and exploration. Therefore, this article attempts to preliminary research on the content, can cause the domestic related education workers and researchers' concern and attention, and enrich the study of the theory of the citizen education in our country, promote the development of active type of ideological and political course teaching in our country.Regarding this study center teaching method as the core, the model of structural debate in the political life of teaching, focus on to discuss issues center teaching method into the feasibility of the politics teaching, and analyze its influence on student's civic literacy cultivation and participation behavior. To achieve this purpose,the researchers to my internship in senior high school grade three class normal distribution, a total of 156 students as the research object, teaching at the center of the issue of structural argument model - "the powers and authorities of office of the people's congress-" shan zhai "legislation" issue for teaching, courses for a total of nine class, for a month. After completion of the practice teaching, in order to "issue center teaching mode questionnaire" as a survey tool for teaching effect evaluation and analysis, and in the form of random sampling, selecting 20 students in semi-structured interviews, to understand students' learning in issue center teaching experience and the critical thinking ability of public issues and change the situation of the ability of democratic participation, etc.Through the analysis of statistics to get the following conclusion, we have listed as below, in order to the future that will help future researchers:1. Issue center teaching method into the political life of the teaching effect is better. Issue center teaching method on students' learning interest, democratic participation, integration of disciplines,civic literacy, critical thinking ability to rise to have positive results.2.After the learning, students can have a deeper understanding on the social hot issues and understanding, and to arouse students' consciousness of public participation,rational spirit and the rule of law consciousness, political identity of action.3.After the teaching, in the face of the social hot controversial issues on the ability of analyzing problems,students thinking path is diversified, most students can write more after teaching the opinions of both sides, more diverse solution is put forward, and turning ideas into the willingness and ability of participating in the actual social activities are also improved.4.The student to "issue center teaching method into the political life of teaching"hold a positive attitude, most of the students said they hope the teacher can carry out similar teaching activities in the future.5.In the end, based on the results of this issue center for the future teaching research put forward some concrete Suggestions,as a teaching method at the center of the issue in the political life of the teaching reference and further research.
