In today's increasingly pay attention to special attention to the quality of teachers and ed ucation professional wide attention, social context, this article take full-time master of mat hematics as the main object, investigating its grasp of mathematics knowledge as well as re search. Through the definition of mathematics knowledge structure and reality, professiona 1 master's research present situation, combining with the current mathematics curriculum st andard, mathematics textbook, mathematics knowledge of mathematics master basic knowl edge of mathematics, mathematics thought method, mathematics history knowledge of thre e dimensions, and on the basis of the establishment of mathematics in the full-time master of mathematics subject knowledge situation questionnaire". For a total of hundreds of prof essional master's and senior mathematics students questionnaire, on the basis of the statisti cs, the overall analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis, in particular, the following conclusions:(1) In the analysis of the overall situation, the whole volume averaging 19.67 points, ma ster of professional groups are divided into 20.65 points (total 28), the standard deviation is 4.59, undergraduate mathematics graduates of normal group were divided into 17.76 (total score 28), the standard deviation was 4.96; Professional master's scored above undergradu ate course graduates of normal.(2) The three dimensions in mathematics professional master's importance, basic knowle dge of mathematics importance first, mathematical thinking method is followed, the last is the history of mathematics knowledge. In the undergraduate senior mathematics teachers f or the sorting of the importance of the three dimensions, with 74% of the vast majority of p articipants think mathematics elementary knowledge dominate; In the master of education for the sorting of the importance of the three dimensions, 53.1% of master's thought of mat hematics in mathematics knowledge is the most important content in mathematics subject k nowledge. Visible, both master's and undergraduate course graduates of normal, has the m ost participants think mathematics elementary knowledge, the most important mathematics as a problem solving research subject, the basic knowledge to master level can intuitively r eflect the problem solving ability and understanding of mathematics content.(3) In the analysis of variance, and through the mathematics knowledge and three dimen sions of gender, education, grade, undergraduate four sorts of difference test, get the follow ing conclusion. The survey of the three dimensions of mathematics knowledge, mathemati cs elementary knowledge dimension average 7.74 points, mathematical thinking method di mension average 5.59 points, knowledge dimension an average of 6.36 points in the mathe matical history, overall level of mathematics knowledge: girls significantly better than boy s, one is better than the second but not significantly, professional master degree has signific ant advantages than undergraduate mathematics teachers and student, bachelor degree is a master of mathematics specialty of significantly better than non mathematics major profess ional master.(4) In the correlation analysis, the main in each classification group, the three dimension and to study the correlation of mathematics knowledge, master of education for groups, the three dimension and mathematics knowledge is extremely significant positive correlation between level of mathematics knowledge and mathematics history knowledge; From the p oint of view of gender, girls in three dimensions, the correlation of two dimensions than bo ys and men and women in three dimensions was associated with a significant overall mathe matics knowledge as well as present status; Grade from the point of view, in three dimensi ons, the second year students mathematics knowledge dimension overall correlation is grea ter than the mathematics thinking method and mathematics knowledge as well as overall k nowledge dimension and the mathematical knowledge as well as correlation.
