Private higher education in our country in recent years,the education system continued reform and development,rapid development,but also change rapidly,in the process of development has made gratifying achievements in the development and exciting driving force in the rapid development,how to be a stable and sustainable development in good condition is a private higher education sector leaders and absorbing the focus of attention in the discussion of this argument,the experts pointed out that at present the obstacles to the development of private colleges in the outstanding problem is that the private universities to speed the overall development of financial control and risk management lags behind the private colleges,to achieve stable development to change management concepts and ideas,will financial management in private colleges and universities on the agenda,and improve the financial management level and effectiveness.Since 2011,the Shaanxi provincial government and relevant education departments have issued a series of documents,to support the policy of private universities also strictly regulate its reform process,vigorously support and strictly regulate the development and reform of private universities,since 2012,the Shaanxi provincial government set aside nearly 300 million yuan of special funds the funds used to support and encourage the development of private higher education in Shaanxi,at the same time each year according to a certain proportion of private college tuition to pay in the provincial education department as part of the funds,unified ministries private colleges and Universities Financial Risk Prevention Fund,based on the increase of private college financial risk monitoring and assessment,by the end of Provincial Department of education unified assessment,and in accordance with the examination results before the return of the deposit fund.At the same time,private colleges and universities in order to continuously improve financial supervision and risk prevention efforts of the self,have designed the risk assessment index system in accordance with its own characteristics,basically are the evaluation of university financial risk from three aspects of debt risk,investment risk,the overall situation of imbalance of risk,which provides an effective way for the identification and prevention of financial risk.But it is also in the exploration.As a representative of Xi'an FanYi University in Shaanxi,the development of the past 30 years,in its own financial risk management and control to form a more effective management.According to the current situation of the financial risk of Xi'an FanYi University,based on the existing literature research on the previous point of view,through the construction of private colleges financial risk evaluation index system and evaluation analysis is to help to pay attention to the financial risk in the financial and related leadership,improve early warning,in order to improve the teaching quality of private education development of the timely detection of financial risk and can be timely prevention,ensure the orderly management and operation of private colleges to a certain extent,for the majority of scholars seeking to create a learning environment,a good living environment,practice environment;at the same time,for further study and Exploration on risk evaluation system.This paper uses the fuzzy AHP of Xi'an FanYi University financial risk are comprehensively evaluated,to further expand the methods of financial risk management in private colleges and universities,financial risk assessment system to seek an effective distinction between modern enterprises,to find more suitable evaluation methods,scientific management,data calculation,evaluation,analysis of the current situation in the past.To explore the development path suitable for private universities and financial management ideas from these analyses.
