| The implementation of New English Curriculum Standard has put forward higher requirements for the senior high school in terms of classroom management.As an important part of the whole English teaching in high school,classroom management plays an important part in guaranteeing the class quality and improving the teaching effect.High school English classroom management has been shown to play a key role in classroom teaching.In English classroom teaching,good teaching activities and effective classroom management can create a harmonious,loose and active learning atmosphere,which can help all the students take an active part in the English teaching activities.The research aims to find out the problems in current senior high school English classroom management through the study,analyze the causes,and put forward systematic and targeted management suggestions to improve the skills and level of senior high school English teachers classroom management.The research mainly contains the following aspect :(1)to investigate the current status of English classroom management in senior high school;to analyze the present problems of English classroom management in senior high school;(2)to find out and analyze the factors that causes problems of English classroom management in senior high school;(3)to put forward systematic and targeted management suggestions to improve English classroom management in senior high school.According to the existing problems of English classroom management in senior high school,I put forward the following suggestions:(1)construct good English learning environment;(2)formulate special rules and institutions for English classroom management;(3)enhance the training of English teachers in classroom management,and improve the skills of classroom management. |
