Research On The Dual-body Governance Structure Of Vocational Education School-enterprise Cooperation

Improving the quality of professional education talents and enhancing the attractiveness of professional education are the core tasks of education in China during the 13th five-year plan period.School-enterprise cooperation,as an imp ortant way of training education talents in China,has become a hot issue in th e development of education.However,from the perspective of reality,school-en terprise cooperation is still immature,and the long-term mechanism of school-e nterprise cooperation has not yet been constructed,which is a bottleneck proble m that needs to be solved to improve the quality of professional education.University-enterprise cooperation double subject governance framework cons truction is the focus of this paper,this study will be in China's vocational edu cation present situation and problems of university-enterprise cooperation as a s tarting point,to stakeholder theory,incentive theory,contract theory as the theo retical guidance,constructing university-enterprise cooperation council,as univer sity-enterprise cooperation double subject management operation mechanism,pro mote the construction of the double main body governance mechanism between colleges,to effectively solve the vocational colleges and enterprises,the main body status ranging from each other between the embarrassing situation,it is a Iso the purpose of this study.The main research work completed in this thesis is as follows:The first chapter focuses on the research status of domestic and internatio nal school-enterprise cooperation projects,and points out the research emphases and shortcomings of the cooperation between the experts in various fields.Thr ough the definition of the related concepts such as school-enterprise cooperatio n and dual-subject governance,the scope of the research is clarified and the fe asibility of the research topic is supported.The second chapter analyzes the dilemma of corporate governance.From China for university-enterprise cooperation direction,motivated and regulative p olicy analysis,to the double main body between the interests of the considerati on,motivating safeguard on key points,their relationship and clear influence fa ctors:perform poorly.The third chapter is in the second chapter,on the basis of university-enter prise cooperation governance operation impeded,mainly by the stakeholder theo ry,incentive theory,contract theory as theoretical guidance,constructing univers ity-enterprise cooperation double subject governance framework.Clear the type of cooperation between colleges and refining the specific duties of university-en terprise cooperation council departments,clear the function of university-enterpri se cooperation council duties,build a complete system,the law as the base,th e dual body,responsibility sharing,coordination between colleges of vocational education institutions university-enterprise cooperation council.The fourth chapter mainly focuses on the function scope of the regulation government of professional education school-enterprise cooperation council,and establishes the external operating environment for school-enterprise cooperation.Regulation of vocational colleges and enterprises right boundary and internal op erating mechanism of the board of trustees,ensure cooperation between double subject internal environment protection,the greatest degree of change of current university-enterprise dysfunctional situation,realize the society as a whole ben efits.
