For the rapid development of science and technology,the competition is becoming increasingly fierce,how to train physical and mental health,All-round development of high-quality talents is an important topic for most countries.To improve the students' physical and mental health has become an important task for all educators,how to improve the students' physical and mental health of the basic level is the two most important tasks of our current primary school physical education and health course to take,so how to teach PE education has become the most effective starting point.Based on the national "sports and health curriculum standards",in the "health first" under the guidance of the idea,Qingdao Laoshan District,experimental primary school sports and health courses in the middle grades try to do the group learning.According to the school's cooperative learning situation,from sports participation,sports skills,physical health,mental health and social adaptation,to compare the experimental class students' scores,the team effect of cooperative learning in middle grades sports and health courses in science and.In order to further enrich the teaching strategies of physical education and health curriculum in middle grades,improve the quality of class teaching,and provide some reference for the development of students' sports core quality.Since 2001 the implementation of the basic education curriculum reform,great changes have taken place in China's basic education curriculum reform,is to improve the national quality and promote quality-oriented education to cultivate students' innovative spirit and practical ability as the fundamental purpose,basic education should emphasize the solid foundation for the lifelong development of students and lay emphasis on cultivating lifelong learning interest with the habits of the students,the goal of the basic education curriculum reform includes six,the core goal is to change the curriculum function,namely the change course of overemphasizing knowledge,emphasizing the formation of students' active learning attitude,enable students to obtain the basic knowledge and basic skills of learning to learn at the same time and form correct values.In order to achieve this target as soon as possible,the teacher should innovate the teaching methods,and constantly inject new vitality into the education and teaching,and to change the learning mode of students,make students really become the subject of learning,so that they learn to actively take the initiative to learn,to guide them to explore,cultivate their autonomous learning ability and the ability to think independently,and to develop students' innovative ability and team cooperation ability,with the rapid development of society,these capabilities will become increasingly important.For this article,Qingdao laoshan district experimental primary school grade 4 class 1 and grade 4 class 3 will be experimental object,teaching experiment for 18 weeks.Grade 4 class 1 adopts the model of cooperative learning group,grade 4 class 3 adopts the conventional teaching mode,I respectively from sports participation,health,sports skills,mental health and social adaptation of two classes of students in four aspects the test index,and the final test scores statistics,comparison and analysis.The results make clear that in the intermediate period of the physical education teaching in elementary school,in sports participation,sports skills,physical health,mental health and social adaptation four indicators,using cooperative learning methods and conventional teaching methods can create positive role in promoting,but in the school's daily sports teaching with the help of cooperative learning group have achieved good effect significantly the conventional teaching mode.In order to make fully show the advantages of cooperative learning group,should be attention in the process of cooperative learning group strategy,the implementation of the target reached,cooperation and team construction and management,and try to feedback and evaluate the teaching process in time.
