The study of the effects of exercise-induced fatigue on the brain has always been a hot issue,and people are increasingly aware of the importance of long-term,highintensity exercise to athletes' performance.The generation and elimination of fatigue is inseparable from this cycle,but exercise fatigue also has some negative effects on other aspects of athlete's physical skills,such as reduced neurological center function,delayed response and lack of concentration,so in actual training,people should not only use athletes' fatigue for training intensity and quantity,but also to prevent athletes from physical damage.Objective: In this paper,time-dependent potential technique was used to analyze the evoked potentials generated by visual search before and after fatigue.The indicators P300,P100 and N170,which were sensitive to general visual search,were analyzed before and after fatigue,Potential for tools to explore the impact of exercise fatigue on general search capabilities.Methods: 15 students of National Traditional Sports Department of Physical Education Institute of Shandong Normal University were chosen as the research object.Normal students,normal vision.They are between 18 and 21 years old.Use the treadmill fatigue model.Heart rate of 90% of the maximum heart rate,exercise time of not less than 30 minutes,exercise time less than 40 minutes until fatigue.In this experiment the two types of stimulus images are designed: 16 letters O,or 15 letters O and the letter C,which contains the letter of the letter C and all the letters O are 80 pictures and the order and play order are random,the picture Of the letters C appear in the position is random,each picture of the playing time of 1200 milliseconds,so that subjects before and after the experiment one-time record EEG data.Results: 1 The latency of the latency P300 was significantly shortened,and the amplitude was reduced.2 When the image was identified without a target stimulus.(P<0.05).The amplitude of P100 and P300 was significantly prolonged(P <0.05).The amplitude and amplitude of P100 and P300 significantly reduced the visual search and information processing of fatigue.Conclusion: The latency and amplitude of P300,P100 and N170 in the ERP index can be used as an important reference for the attention of the subjects before and after fatigue,and the latency of the target is improved after the fatigue is found,indicating that fatigue makes the subject in the process of identifying the target to stimulate the speed of recognition slowed down,attention appears to decline.
