Investigation And Analysis Of The Training Status Of The High School Basketball Team In Tai'an City

Since the birth of basketball,with the progress of social development,from the beginning of a game,evolved into today's rich content,by the majority of people like a competitive sport.In recent years,our level of basketball in the world but has been unable to get gratifying results,the most important,is to strengthen the cultivation of reserve basketball talents in China,only to strengthen cultivation of reserve talents in China,strengthen talent training,to make our country get a space for one person in basketball under the current the situation.As a basketball requires both technical and tactical,comprehensive sports and good physical fitness,more need to truly improve in the usual training process,these two tactics and physical interaction,high school students' physical and mental is in rapid development stage,only the foundation of these reserve force the firm,raise the level,can forge ahead in the game.This paper uses literature,questionnaire,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and so on,team training status and influencing factors of high school basketball on behalf of Tai'an city were investigated and analyzed,find out which exists in the Tai'an city high school basketball team training problems,and find out the reasonable solutions to these problems true,Tai'an City for the basketball reserve personnel training contribution.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1 Tai'an basketball coaches with less education,less experience in training,lack of professional knowledge,the effect of training.2 Tai'an high school basketball training team's physical quality is good,has the superiority in the basketball movement,displays the very high interest to the basketball,but lacks the competition experience,studies the schoolwork heavy.3 some schools in Tai'an have insufficient funds for the basketball team,the venues and facilities can not fully meet the needs of the basketball team,and the competition is limited,which restricts the training and development of the basketball team.4 the city between the county level of the high school basketball training team level is uneven,no match for the game when the game,that is,lose the confrontational,also lost the meaning of basketball training.5 Tai'an City basketball coaches in training daily training,for students of personal technical characteristics of the training program is not developed and perfect,affecting the development of individual students ability.6 Tai'an basketball coach did not tell the students about basketball rules,resulting in students not enough understanding of the rules,so in the game,the game caused some unnecessary mistakes.
