Research On The Cultivation Of Contemporary College Students' Innovative Ability

Since the reform and opening up 30 years ago,our higher education has made great improvement.Higher education has changed a lot not only in quantity but also in quality,which basically satisfies the need for the construction of socialism.However,there also exist plenty of matters that can’t be ignored.Of all these matters,it is widely found that the education for all-round development of the university students can not adapt to the desire for the development of the current market economy.The matter that is most highlighted is the poor consciousness of innovation.On the one hand,some colleges and universities lack mature theories on how to strengthen the students’ innovation abilities;on the other hand,better systems and mechanisms to develop students’ abilities have not been well formed up to now,that is to say,we still have a long way to go,which are the most important meanings of the study of my subject.There are 4 parts in my thesis: the first part mainly tells how innovation and the innovation ability start and their developing processes home and abroad;the second part mainly shows the basic features of the innovation ability training of modern university students;the third part generally tells the basic principles of the innovation ability training of modern university students;the last part generally shows how to deal with the situation and some suggestions on how to improve the innovation ability.In conclusion,in order to improve the consciousness of innovation of modern university students constantly,we are supposed to shift our concept of education,pursue the principle of “people oriented,academic freedom”,and encourage more students to innovate as possible as they can.In the meanwhile,we should spare no effort to complete the evaluation system and incentive mechanism,which will finally have a great effect on the improvement of the innovation ability of modern university students.
