Study About The Impact Of Scientific Research Team Culture On Cultivating Graduate Students' Ability Of Scientific Research Innovation

Science and technology is in a high speed of development nowadays.As aproductivity factor of intelligence, it has been paid more and more attention,and the talents of innovation of science and technology is also get more andmore the attention of people. Universities become into a dense of cultivatingtalents in scientific research and innovation. They own a large number ofscientific research personnel and resources, and post-graduates in those kinds ofactivities play an important role too. Post-graduates participating in collegescientific research innovation team and in scientific research activities class arebenefit to their ability about scientific research and innovation and is moreconducive to the development of scientific research in Colleges and Universities.But the methods to cultivate the post graduates right now are blamed by allkinds of sounds for a long time. Low capability of post-graduates aboutscientific research innovation is not only restricts the development ofuniversities, but also has the negative influence to the country's development ofscience and technology.The purpose of this paper is to find the impact of every aspect about cultureteam on the postgraduate innovation ability in different ways through theoreticalanalysis.
