Research On The Arrangement Of Aerobic Dance In 14th Aerobic Gymnastics World Championships

As an official competition of the International Gymnastics Federation(FIG),aerobic dance joined the world university games for the first time in 2011 and the world aerobics championships for the first time in 2012.It changed the previous operating style with the joining of hip-hop and other elements,poured some fresh blood into the competitive aerobics,but also increased the ornamental and diversity of the game,improved participation of the masses,and promoted the development of the national fitness program.As one of the Skill-Oriented Sport Events,Aerobic dance has a high demand for the overall artistic and ornamental,so that the importance of the creation of complete sets is self-evident.This paper analyzes the arrangement of the 8 teams in the final of aerobic dance in the 14 th Aerobic Gymnastics World Championships,approaches the arrangement features of the complete set of aerobic dance and the development trend of the project,and it provides a theoretical basis for Chinese team to maintain the forefront in this project and a reference for a better development of the Skill-Oriented Sport Events such as aerobic dance.This paper analyzes from art aesthetic,difficulty value and completion quality respectively with image analysis,contrast analysis and some other research methods under the competitive aerobics rules(2013-2016)issued by FIG,compares the arrangement characteristics and Loss of points of the teams.The results were summarized as follows:(1)The teams have increased their emphasis on art,completion and difficulty,so that the final result is influenced by artistic points,completion points and difficulty points,rather than only the artistic points.(2)The music style of each team is different extremely.They have different certain styles and BPM,the speed of the rhythms turns faster,and it shows the ornamental value of the aerobic dance.The contents are complex and changeable,the changes of the limbs and trunk get more and more rapid.The quantity of asymmetrical movements is far more than symmetrical movements,and the fast movement of the single foot increases the speed of changing the formation,so that it improves the appreciation of aerobic dance greatly.(3)The movements of transition and connection are manifold,it increases the transformation of the formation and makes the use of space more reasonable.The selection rate of arc formation has been improved,but the form of the change is simple and not original enough;there is little difference between the fixed formation and the transition connection.(4)The second style is diverse and outstanding,and most of the teams chose hip-hop as a second style,the formation changes with natural and mellifluence while changing the style.Six of the teams integrate the teamwork into the second style,it enriches the choreography and improves the level of the scene.(5)It changed the previous situation of men's somersault and women's reversal in technical skills,the skill is no longer affected by gender,the combination of men and women improves the expressiveness of movements,so that there are more choices for the teams to arrange the formation.(6)Most of teams chose the same element of difficulty,and there is little difference between their quality of completion,no one of them shows A or B groups of difficulty as a display element,so that it reduced the competition in difficulty.
