Design And Implementation Of Instructional Design Automation Tools Based On The Padagogy Wheel

In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, applying information technology to the classroom teaching has been widely recognized.Information technology is widely used in teaching and education, to make teaching more efficient and better quality. Our country has issued relevant documents which are focus on improving teachers' information technology application ability.In order to help teachers improve ability of information-based instructional design and information technology application, and make them use information technology to support the classroom teaching better, we have completed the tool of automated instructional design which is based on Padagogy wheel. The research has the following several aspects: previous research and demand analysis, the analysis of the theory and strategy choice, design of based on Padagogy wheel's instructional design process and the prototype, come true the tool and availability analysis, and the improvement direction of the tool.First, we obtain the typical confusion and problems about teachers' instructional design and ensure the demand and main function of the tool, by analyzing national policy and existing study, interviewing and investigating the teachers. The second, we ensure the strategies of the tool by analyzing the theories about cognitive tool,Padagogy wheel, and other theories. The third, according to Padagogy wheel, the general process of instructional design, and other theories, we design based on Padagogy wheel's instructional design process and prototype of the tool. And then, we analyze the good instructional design cases, and design the details of the tool, and come true the tool. Finally, we do usability test and interview the teachers, come to the conclusion that the tool in this study is usable and can help teachers to improve their ability of information-based instructional design. And we obtain the improvement direction of the tool. Thus the tool in this study can be used by the teachers better, and can help teachers improve more about the ability of information-based instructional design and information technology application.
