The new curriculum emphasizes "promoting less questions,reading more,reading well,reading good books, and reading the whole book.". Pay attention to students through various media reading, encourage students to choose excellent reading materials. To strengthen the guidance of extra-curricular reading, to carry out various extra-curricular reading activities, create opportunities for display and communication, and create a good atmosphere for everyone to read."At present, Chinese extracurricular reading has become an important part of language teaching,reading ability is the task of language teaching, an important category of extracurricular reading also belongs to the Chinese practice and the main content.The author’s school has set up "extracurricular reading instruction" in senior class". This course belongs to the characteristics of the school curriculum, in practice, "extracurricular reading guidance course” how, how to correctly read the main content of screening; how to organize the teaching in the reading class classroom, stimulate students’ interest in reading; extracurricular reading guidance course "classroom teaching mode selection problem and how to evaluate students’ extracurricular reading. Are the problems faced by front-line teachers.The author adopts the method of literature analysis, case analysis, teaching practice and research method, study on the issue from the following aspects: teaching content, the extracurricular reading texts into fairy tales, poems, novels, essays and children’s novels, five different genres, the classification of reading instruction in class teaching and research type; the course will be divided into books, recommendation, exchange appreciation, comparative reading,theme reading four types of extracurricular reading; in the evaluation, establish the evaluation system, focusing on the process of evaluation. Through this research, the author hopes to better guide the students to be learned in books, to promote students’ Chinese accomplishment, enhance the development of physical and mental health.
