Chemistry is an experiment-based discipline. Experiments in the secondary school chemistry teaching has an irreplaceable important role. With the rapid development of information technology in the 21st century, to improve the information of chemical experiment, the level of modernization has become an urgent need, Microcomputer-Based Laboratory ( MBL ) came into being. MBL is an experiment with the use of sensors, data acquisition, computer and related software .MBL will be modern information technology and chemical experiment closely integrated to improve the level of modernization of chemical experiment, MBL in the past 10 years has been rapid development, but there are some urgent problems to be solved. How E-lab equipped is one of them. The aim of this study is to propose the outfit scheme of E-lab in the secondary school——the outfit of sensors,and demonstrate its rationality. This paper contains four parts as follows:The first part is the theoretical research, mainly introduced the research background, the origin and development of MBL and E-lab from domestic and foreign perspectives ; the second part is the empirical research part, divided into three small parts. First of all, we studied feasible MBL’s cases in the secondary school.Statistics of the types and quantities of sensors were used in these experimental cases to provide a basis for the proposed program; followed by the investigation of MBL’s current situation through the fifth session of the Vernier Cup in the secondary school to provide a reference for the proposed program. the performance study of the six production enterprises from the range,precision and other aspects to provide technical support for the proposed program. The third part is about the establishment and argument of the outfit scheme of E-lab in secondary school chemistry. Through the research of the first and the second part, the paper put forward the outfit scheme of E-lab, choosing six teachers of six long-term research MBL to interview, to prove the rationality of the outfit scheme, and finally establish it; the fourth part is the conclusion and suggestion of this study.Founding in the study: at present, most of the sensors are pH Sensors,Conductivity Sensors, Temperature sensors, Gas Pressure sensors, Colorimeter, Gas Sensors (oxygen, carbon dioxide), the school equipped with these sensors have been able to meet some basic chemical digital MBL. Most teachers believe that MBL is effective to improve student awareness,experimental skills,scientific literacy. At present, the types of sensors provided by different manufacturers have little difference in measuring range and precision, which can basically meet the needs of experimental teaching.The principle of designing the outfit scheme can be practicability, economy,foundation and selectivity. The teachers who have been long engaged in the research of MBL have fully affirmed the rationality of the outfit scheme.Based on the above, the outfit scheme proposed by this research is reasonable.It can meet the basic requirements of MBL teaching in secondary school.At the end of this paper, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of MBL and E-lab construction.
