Abstract/Summary:
In order to meet the demands of the new era,the "Chemistry Curriculum Standards for High Schools"(revised in 2020)proposes requirements such as encouraging the design of green experiments,conducting miniature experiments,and actively exploring the deep integration of modern information technology and chemistry experiments.Innovative chemistry experiments not only solve the dilemmas in experimental teaching,but also help cultivate students’ innovative abilities and qualities,meeting the modern society’s demand for innovative talents.This paper aims to classify and analyze innovative experimental cases,and sort out the design process,principles and strategies of experimental innovation,providing guidance and assistance for secondary school teachers,reducing the difficulty of experimental innovation and improving the current status of experimental teaching.Three research methods were used in this paper:(1)literature research method,by retrieving a large amount of literature data and educational theory,collecting experimental innovation cases and analyzing the background,current situation,relevant conceptual definitions and supporting theories of the research;(2)statistical research method,by classifying,counting and analyzing experimental innovation cases published in "Chinese Journal of Chemical Education","Education In Chemistry",and "Teaching and Learning Reference for Middle School" between 2019 and 2021,providing support for the design process,principles and strategies of experimental innovation;(3)action research method,applying the proposed design process,principles and strategies of experimental innovation to the development of experimental innovation cases.The research findings of this thesis are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of innovative experimental cases,a design process for experimental innovation related to experimental teaching has been delineated;(2)From the reasons and advantages of experimental innovation,a series of principles that should be followed for innovative chemistry experiments in secondary schools have been outlined,including scientific,innovative,environmental,efficient,visible,safe,concise,simple,and interesting principles;(3)Through the statistical and analytical study of experimental innovation types,the author has outlined the design strategies of experimental innovation,including the application strategies of combination,replacement,transfer,ingenious use,and optimization;(4)Through the experimental innovation practices of "properties of oxygen experiment," "ammonia fountain experiment," "chlorine bleaching experiment," and "factors affecting reaction rate experiment," the feasibility and effectiveness of the experimental innovation design process,principles,and strategies proposed in this thesis have been demonstrated.
