Rural education has always been the focus of the academic circles. Along with the gap between the city and country being larger, the education experts and scholars want to find a effective solution. The teachers are always the pillars of education.If the local educational department and the rural primary schools pay much less attention to the trainee teachers’s vacational adaptation problems than their working performance, these young men would suffer a tough time. Because these young trainee teachers just graduated from the university, they’d like to do something different.But the reality is cruel:the rough working envrioment, the challenge of the work... It’s too hard for them to get through all by themselves.They need help. The writer started the research on the basic of the making the literature review of the studies about the new teachers’professional development.The writer did quesionnare survey to newly employed(2012) rural primary schools’ trainee teachers from CityD in2013, and interviewed two of them, tried to find out the vacational adaptation problems of the rural primary schools’ trainee teachers. In the end of the paper, the writer attempted to put forward some advices for these problems.The survey included the background of these rural primary schools’ trainee teachers:age, gender,education background information, teaching subject; the overall adaptation situation to the teacher career, the adaptation situation to the job; the adaptation situation to the materail environment of the rural primary school; the adaptation situation to the cultural environment of the rural primary school.Through the survey, the writer found out the rural primary schools’trainee teachers’ main vacational adaptation problems are:lack of career identity; their working abilities can satisfy the need of the work; can’t adapt to the hardly materil environment of the rural primary schools; can’t get used to the the manage ways of the leaders of the school and can’t handle well the relationships between the colleagues. After analyzing the the rural primary schools’ trainee teachers’ main vacational adaptation problems, this paper raises seven main reasons:the curriculums in colleges and universities are lack of pertinences; the rural primary schools’ trainee teachers are lack of realistic practice before working; the rural primary schools’ trainee teachers are lack of proper expectation for the job; the new theacher inductions are useless; the working material and cultural environment is poor; the wage income of the rural primary school teachers is too low; the social skills and abilities of the collage students are quite different.On the basic of the anaylses of these, the vacational adaptation strategies proposed by this papers are:rationally alloacteing the teahcer educaion curriculum, carrying out the induction education according to the Professional Standard of the Primary School Teachers(trail), clarifying the rewards and punishments to promote the help of the mature teachers to the new teachers; helping the trainee teachers do the self-understanding well, actively accept themselves, resolve the psychological problems in time and reaching for the professional help when they cannot handle it;improving the wage income and living environment of the rural primary schools’ trainee teachers; optimizing the rural cultural environment; improving the mange style of the rural primary school to human-based manegement.
