With the development of the times,the society has become more and more demanding to cultivate talents.In order to adapt to the development of society and the needs of individual development,teachers make full use of a variety of teaching methods and means to organize and carry out the work of education and teaching,to explore a new teaching strategy in line with the development trend of the times.Currently,indeed there are some disadvantages in traditional teaching.For example,larger class sizes,teachers cannot be specific guidance for each student,promote the development of their personality,also cannot effectively monitor the students' learning.However,traditional teaching has its advantages which cannot be replaced,such as conducive to imparting knowledge of a long time of human and give full play to teacher leadership and so on.With the continuous improvement of science and technology,these new technologies have been gradually applied to the field of education and teaching.Therefore,relying on the network mode of teaching,online teaching,also under such circumstances was born.Although this new model can effectively expand the education population,and fully affirmed the learner's dominant position,but this completely "laissez-faire" way of learning to exaggerate the learner's autonomy,self-control ability,lead to appearing inefficient learning phenomena.Which requires us to find a new type of teaching model,the class teaching system and online learning model to take its essence,to its dregs,this model is the combination of the traditional classroom and network learning,Blended learning.This research mainly divided into six chapters,the first three chapters are the survey,the overview section,mainly discusses the background of the emerge and development of mixed learning,the research results of the scholars at home and abroad to blended learning,and now there are several modes of mixed learning and so on,which is preparing for subsequent research.From the beginning of the fourth chapter is based on the previous research combined with the actual study the teaching design research of mixed learning,and as well as the parts of implementation and prospect of teaching design.In this paper the biggest innovations for the blended learning instructional design part.The design part mainly draws lessons from the domestic and foreign scholars on the mixed learning design research results,according to the actual situation will be the essence of the two parts of the integration,to design a new design scheme about blended learning.The follow-up practice part is based on the support of Shandong Normal University affiliated middle school to carry out.This study uses literature review,questionnaires,and interviews,On the basis of the existing mixed learning theory combined with domestic and foreign research results,design of a set of highly operability teaching strategies for high school physics teaching.The research results are divided into three steps to carry out teaching design,namely: front-end analysis,activity and resource design,teaching evaluation design.This study is based on who are in two classes of the students at High school first grade at Shandong Normal University as the research object,and relying on the school's network teaching platform "air classroom" to implement mixed learning strategies.Implementation results According to the questionnaire survey and the "air classroom" platform to monitor the student's learning data,such as students learn video click rate,student online learning interaction and so on,analysis which is from the process and the results of two aspects.Research indicates,Strategy of Blended learning is feasible,the use of the combination of online and offline mode of physics learning can arouse students' interest in learning physics,guide the learning of physics course,in order to improve the teaching effect provides a new research direction.
