College graduates as a precious human resources in our country,the problem of employment is related to several aspects,such as individual,family and society.Professional values are the important factors that affect college students’ employment,it on college students’ career choice behavior has important guidance and adjustment.The changing of social environment,family expectations and has produced important influences on school education to college students’ vocational values,the change of college students’ professional values not only affect their own career choices,more relationship with the development and progress of the society.Therefore,aiming at the existing problem of present college students’ career values,professional values of research development and change,from the analysis of factors affecting college students’ vocational values to study the pertinence and effectiveness of education countermeasures,take practical measures to help college students set up the correct occupational values,to promote university students’ employment difficult problem to solve,the ideological and political education work on a new step is of great significance.In this paper,we use three parts to elaborate the related issues of the contemporary college students’ vocational values education.The first part is the study of the connotation,characteristics and contents of college students’ professional values.First of all,on the basis of theoretical analysis,from values,professional values,college students’ vocational values three levels to define the connotation of the contemporary college students’ vocational values.And combining with the actual situation of contemporary college students’ vocational values,summed up the characteristics of college students’ vocational values pluralism,plasticity,sociality and differences from four aspects.Finally from the professional cognition,motivation,professional ideals,professional evaluation and consciousness of college students’ self-employment five aspects discusses the main content of college students’ vocational values.The second part mainly studies the present situation of contemporary college students’ vocational values,mainly including the basic situation of college students’ vocational values,positive performance and the main problems and the cause of the problem.First analyzed the questionnaire data,this paper introduces the present college students in the professional cognition,motivation,professional ideals,professional evaluation,self-employmentconsciousness development trend of the five aspects.On the one hand,college students’ vocational values with positive performance in multiple aspects,such as professional orientation diversification,professional evaluation standards tend to be pragmatic,improve career choice self-consciousness.College students’ vocational values,on the other hand,there are still many problems,mainly professional value orientation too much emphasis on the self value,professional value target of a lot,professional evaluation standards of utilitarian,the contradiction and the complication of career choice behavior.Finally from college students self-perception is not comprehensive,school education curriculum system of the single,family education ignored the personalized,complex and diverse social environment four aspects discusses the causes of the problems of contemporary college students’ vocational values.The third part based on the analysis of college students’ vocational values,on the basis of existing problems and the reasons,this paper expounds the strengthening relevant countermeasures of contemporary college students’ vocational values education.The first is to exert the subjectivity of college students in the vocational values education,college students should not only improve their professional ability,and set up correct concept of employment.Second to change school leading role in college students’ vocational values education,including the ideological and political education should play the role of guiding,innovation school vocational values education forms and rich content of vocational values education three aspects.Again to clear the family basic role in college students’ vocational values education,require parents to update education ideas and to improve the ability of education.Finally,strengthen the social security role in college students’ vocational values education,on the one hand,to create the system environment of college students’ vocational values education,on the other hand to shape the culture atmosphere of college students’ vocational values education.
