| Extracurricular activity is an important part of the implementation of quality education,and a variety of extracurricular activities help to cultivate students’practical innovative ability and the ability to cooperate with others.The second classroom is a supplement to the first classroom for extending the knowledge learned in the first classroom.It shoulders the task of helping students cultivate their learning efficiency vividly and actively,and develop their intelligence ability lively.Flute has been introduced into our country since the Republic of China in the late Qing Dynasty,brought to students’ study by combining the form of second classroom and widely used in wind bands.Schools with the help of the western musical instruments,enable students to correlate the music knowledge content learning in the first together with the second classroom by the western musical instrument—flute.It also helps improve their musical practice ability and strengthen their aesthetic education,as well as accepts the influence of the multi-cultural arts by various forms and methods.There are no clear rules in the syllabus,as well as second classroom teaching.That leads to the awkward position of flute teaching in second classroom,mainly performing casualness of teaching,the large liquidity of the staff without fixed contents.All these goes against the purpose of instrumental music in the classroom.Children in elementary school are in important period of character development.They have strong self-esteem and self-consciousness but lack of self-analysis and judgment ability.Therefore,flute teaching in the second classroom,teachers should guide students correctly according to their character development.Based on the current cognitive characteristics,teachers should combine with students’ understanding and the way they love according to the cognitive characteristics at this stage.Thus they can use moderm teaching methods and strategies to integrate knowledge and interest,and enhance student learning."Three dimensional target" aims to achieve three dimensions objectives in the teaching process.It consists of three aspects constituting a whole:emotion,attitude and values,process and method,knowledge and skills.In either the first or the second class,teachers should make reasonable teaching arrangements based on the three dimensional goals.Based on the three-dimensional target,this paper can be divided into the following three key parts:Firstly,through interviews and questionnaires of the school,students and teachers,the author aims to learn the school’s target,teaching content,teaching methods and weather it has paid a close attention to the students’ actual learning situation,and weather students experience the process of emotion.It also concerns the attitude and values or the learning situations in class and after school as well as the evaluation and students’ attitudes towards flute teaching during the learning process.Secondly,in the teaching practice,teachers put more effort to teach practical skills and less attention is given to the process of experiencing learning and teaching methods.There is no lasting cultivate of students’ interest and affection and without intuitive principle,the learning process is becoming loose and casual.Thirdly,after focusing on these issues,based on the "Three dimensional target" and cultivating students’ affection,learning process and the improvement of basic knowledge and skills,flute teaching is the right means for students to learn the basic method through the forms of note cards and variation.Thus it helps students lay a solid foundation of basic knowledge to develop their ability to design reasonable music from enjoying different musical culture in western country and China to recomposing it innovative.In practical teaching,the author adopts teaching method,practice method and demonstration method to improve student learning effect and learning interest.The principle of objectivity,the principle of consolidation and the principle of force are also applied in the teaching process.Based on the learning effect,parents’ feedback,and experience conclusion,the author points that combining students’ practical situation and the characteristics of their learning abilities,arrange properly the speed of content and difficulties to get an appropriate teaching orientation.Meanwhile,in the teaching process,on the basis of scientific teaching methods and means,teachers create the teaching situation by visual aids and vivid language,elaborating design to arrange the teaching process,making the classroom teaching art,etc. |
