In the time of rapid development of information technology,the Internet has brought a great convenience for people’s communication,the new education form also starts its germination under the rapid formation of the Internet.In this situation,it is inevitable that the information technology and classroom teaching are combined with each other.The Tibetan has its unique advantages for applying online education form of combining education and Internet with the characteristics of wide area and small population.As a kind of small and pure course type,SPOC has adopted the mixed learning mode of 020,which become a new type of curriculum that all the domestic and foreign schools try to implement.It combines classroom teaching and online teaching.Under the condition of the teacher’s correct construction and the students’ appropriate use,it can efficiently improve the classroom teaching effect and further realize the target of the flipped classroom.The SPOC curriculum pays more attention to the students’ learning experience,which makes the teacher much more like a tutor.This thesis analyzes the causes and related theories of the SPOC curriculum and also summarizes the characteristics of the Tibetan education.The author puts forward a set of the design and implementation method based on the needs analysis of the Chinese-Tibetan Bilingual SPOC prototype system,database design,prototype system realization and prototype system examination.Chinese-Tibetan Bilingual SPOC prototype system provides a feasible online education form,which has its important research value and application value.
