Research On Online Learning Behavior Based On SPOC Platform

With the rapid development of information technology and big data technology in education and the continuous improvement of online learning platform,SPOC,a new teaching method combining online and offline,has been bred,which solves some shortcomings in MOOC teaching and traditional classroom teaching.At present,the research on online learning behavior features in China mainly focuses on the online learning behavior characteristics on MOOC platform,and has achieved some results.However,through the study of SPOC platform learning behavior,it is found that these studies either have one-sided index system construction or few research samples,or do not choose multiple models for multi-faceted research.Based on SPOC learning platform,combined with quantitative analysis of data and actual situation,this paper analyzes the characteristics of online learning behavior and the relevance between learning behavior and learning effect,and makes the following research:(1)Based on the online learning behavior record data of digital curriculum based on SPOC platform,23 learning behavior analysis indicators related to 7 dimensions are established through data processing and index extraction.These features include not only the data of online learning frequency,homework submission times.test,resource use,etc.,but also the forum discussion,curriculum evaluation,forum browsing Data of equal interaction type.(2)Statistical analysis of learning indicators,and draw charts to describe,in-depth analysis of the characteristics of online learning behavior.At the same time,the RBF neural network algorithm based on feature selection algorithm and traditional RBF neural network algorithm are used to build the performance prediction model.The data set is divided into training set and test set to train the model,and the performance and prediction effect of the models constructed by different algorithms are compared and analyzed.(3)In order to explore the relationship rules between learning behavior and learning effect,the Apriori association analysis algorithm based on rough set is used to construct the analysis model of learning behavior and learning effect.Through attribute reduction and association rule calculation,association rules are obtained,and finally the factors that affect the effect of online learning are analyzed.The research on online learning behavior based on SPOC platform has laid a good foundation for students to adjust their learning routes and improve their learning effectiveness according to the factors affecting the effect of online learning,and for teachers to adjust teaching decisions and guide students to carry out effective learning.
