With the development of computer technology,the integration of artificial intelligence technology and smart education has promoted the development and change of E-Learning and offline education.In the field of education,arranging homework and examinations is an important means for teachers to know the status and mastery level of students in different stages.With the change of education methods,the workload of reviewing homework and test papers is increasing and the tasks are intensive.This phenomenon is particularly evident for major subjects such as mathematics.Teachers may be disturbed by factors such as rolls,typesetting,and emotions when reviewing the papers,which affects the objectivity and efficiency.The design and development of computer-aided evaluation systems can help to solve this kind of problems and have significance for education and teaching,and it is also an inevitable development trend in the field of smart education.In mathematics teaching,the development and application of the automatic review systems for objective questions is very mature,but there is a little research on automatic review of subjective questions.Through the review and classification of subjective questions in mathematics,this paper selects the constructivist learning theory and extracts the effects of exercises as the theoretical basis,and uses primary mathematics application questions as the research object to carry out systematic design and development.However,due to the limitation of technology and time,the research is initially designed to design and develop a basic primary prototyping system for primary mathematics application problems in this paper,which will be used as an auxiliary tool for scoring and a reference basis for further research.Based on the development and application status of subjective question automatic review technology at home and abroad,the prototype system mainly uses natural language processing technology,based on existing common dictionaries,manually constructs a glossary of mathematical terms to improve the subsequent word segmentation effect,and uses the improved BoW model constructs a sentence vector to enhance the effect of supporting expressions.Finally,the word similarity and sentence similarity are calculated,and the final sentence similarity result is obtained according to the weighted value of the two.The prototype system achieves the effect of auxiliary review of primary mathematics application questions.It can generate procedural conclusions and overall conclusions,including students’ thinking,simplicity of answers,and judgments of right and wrong answers,which can help teachers summarize student learning and make final score.This article designs and develops a prototype evaluation system for primary mathematics application problems.On the one hand,it can help teachers know student learning in order to summarize and improve teaching strategies in time.On the other hand,it can avoid errors during manual review,and improve objective and fairness of review.In addition,when the follow-up system is improved and put into practical application,it can reduce the workload of manual review,and help teachers invest more time and energy into the exploration and research of education and teaching.Through the example test of the primary school mathematical problems,we proved the availability and practical assistance of the system,which is of great significance for intelligent auxiliary evaluation.
